When making an appointment, we're often asked:

“What records should I bring?”
“What do you want from me?”
“Why do you always ask for the one thing that I don’t have with me?”

Whether you keep your own records or have a bookkeeper help you throughout the year, you’ll probably prefer to have an accountant prepare your income tax returns. To help assist our clients, we have developed a checklist of information and questions that you should consider as you prepare for a meeting with your accountant.

Whether or not you come to us or go to another firm, when you use this checklist, you can save money with the simple suggestions and set yourself up for a great working relationship with your accountant.
